Customer Reviews
Banana Pudding was perfect!
I ordered the classic banana pudding and it was absolutely divine! The taste was incredible, just like I remember from visiting the store in NYC. It arrived fresh and well-packaged. I'm already planning my next order for a birthday cake. Seriously good stuff!
Consistent deliciousness, as always
This was my third time ordering from Magnolia Bakery online. I got the banana pudding variety pack this time, and it was just as great as my previous orders. Delivery took 4 days to get to me in Arizona, which is pretty standard. The quality of the pudding is always top-notch, and it arrived in perfect condition. It's why I keep coming back.
Good cake, minor shipping delay
I ordered a red velvet cake for a special occasion. The ordering process online was smooth, and I appreciated being able to select a specific delivery date. The cake itself was excellent – moist, rich, and the cream cheese frosting was just right. It was packaged very securely, arrived without a scratch. However, the delivery tracking showed it was delayed by a day in transit, which caused a slight panic given the event. Customer service responded to my email inquiry within a few hours to confirm it was still on its way. All turned out well in the end, but the tracking update could have been better during the delay.
Great value on the cupcakes
I was looking for some good cupcakes for a small party and decided to try Magnolia Bakery. I signed up for their newsletter and got a discount on my first order, which was nice. I bought the cupcake assortment. It saved me a bit of money compared to other places I looked at, and the cupcakes themselves were really fresh and flavorful. Definitely felt like I got a good deal for the quality.
Easy to order, tasty treats
Just ordered some chocolate chunk cookies from here the other day. The website was pretty straightforward, didn't have any trouble finding what I wanted. They got here in like, 3 days, which was faster than I thought. Cookies were soft and chewy, exactly how I like them. Good experience overall.

Are those 15% off codes for signing up for the newsletter actually good, or do they only work on like, non-dessert stuff?
So if I order a big banana pudding party bowl, is there any way to get free shipping? Or do I just have to pay for it?
Do they ever do Black Friday deals on their cakes or is it mostly just for the puddings?
Is Magnolia Bakery banana pudding really that much better than Milk Bar's stuff? Trying to decide which to get for a friend's birthday.
Hey, thinking of ordering some banana pudding for a party in Dallas. How long does shipping usually take to Texas?
